Nope! Many of our attendees are new to podcast guesting. You’ll be guided through the process, and you’ll even have a chance to introduce yourself on the Main Stage. VIPs get full support to show up with confidence for their interviews.
General Admission gives you access to the live main stage sessions, networking, and the opportunity to connect with podcast hosts.
VIP is the full experience: you’ll match with podcast hosts before the event, then record up to 5 podcast interviews LIVE during the day inside our exclusive Podatorium. No pitching. No waiting. Just results.
Think of it like a podcast matchmaker. You’ll review profiles of Featured Podcasters, and they’ll review yours. When there’s a mutual match, you’re scheduled to record your interview during Podapalooza—in a private Zoom room with the host. You could leave the event with 5 podcast episodes already recorded and ready to go live.
VIPs don’t just get booked—they actually record interviews during the event. There are no vague promises or “we’ll reach out later” delays. These are real interviews, scheduled and recorded live with podcast hosts who’ve chosen you and your message.
Podapalooza is 100% live and virtual on Zoom—full of real-time energy, connection, and interaction. You can attend from anywhere via Zoom. Everything happens live in one fun, fast-paced day.
That’s okay! You’ll still gain value. General Admission attendees can pop in and out of sessions. VIPs will receive a personalized schedule of interviews so you can plan accordingly—and you’ll also get access to the replay library.
Due to the nature of the event, tickets are non-refundable. However, if something comes up, reach out—in certain cases your ticket may be transferrable to a friend.
